Lower tier fraternities, Not every fraternity can be high-tier because they don't have the right alumni, prestige, and money but that doesn't mean you can't make your fraternity better. Houses in this tier are ok, not great, but not terrible. fake tans, fake hair, fake nails, etc. If theres cool guys in it and they have parties and do fun stuff than tiers don't really matter. I know there are people on Greek Chat who object to this concept, but it is a reality on many campuses. The girls are really pretty but trying to hold a conversation with them is basically pointless. Please no middle/top tier houses, or smack talking these lower tier.
